2. Information We Collect
2.1 PERSONAL INFORMATION
When users create an account or book lessons, we collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- Profile photo (optional)
This information is required to provide booking services. If you add family members to your account for the purpose of booking lessons on their behalf, we collect the same personal details for each family member added.
2.2 BOOKING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We collect:
- Lesson bookings and scheduling details
- Lesson credit balance and package details
This data is necessary to manage user accounts and deliver purchased services.
3. Camera & Photo Library Access
The application requests access to your device’s photo library solely for the purpose of uploading a profile photo for yourself or your family members. We do not access your camera or photo library for any other purpose.
4. Push Notifications
We collect your device’s push notification token in order to send you updates regarding lesson confirmations, cancellations, package activations, and messages from your coach. You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
5. How We Use Information
We use collected data to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Process lesson bookings
- Process package orders & provide purchased credits or services
- Facilitate communication between you & your coach via in-app messaging
- Send you relevant push notifications
- Allow your coach to manage lessons and memberships effectively
- Ensure security and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal obligations
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared solely for the purpose of operating the application, only with:
- Rabie Abou Hassoun – coach providing & managing services through the app
- Supabase Database management – our infrastructure and database provider
- Legal authorities if required by law
7. Data Storage & Security
All personal data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. All data transmissions are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols. Profile photos are stored in Supabase Storage with restricted access.
8. Data Retention
Personal Data is retained only as long as necessary and your account is active to:
- Provide services
- Maintain account records
- Comply with legal obligations
Users may request deletion of their account and all associated personal data by contacting support at info@rabieabouhassoun.com. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
9. User Rights
Users have the right to:
